(If there is more than one wallet, please submit a new claim for each wallet.) Have your order number and email address associated with the account on hand as this information is needed to enter your claim. Once the claim is completed and submitted, please provide our Customer Experience team 24 to 48 business hours to reply with the next steps needed for your piece(s).
