Not a problem. Please contact the Customer Experience team, and they are happy to note the change to your account and switch the return method. Once processed, you will receive an email confirmation of the transaction or store credit code.
- If switching to a refund, please provide up to 10 business days for the transaction to reflect on your payment method. If the transaction has not been reflected on your payment method by the 10th day, please contact your bank associated with the card. The refund will be dependent on their terms and conditions.
- If opting for store credit, an email confirmation will be provided with a new store credit code.
