Once your order ships, tracking information will be emailed to you within 24 hours (please ensure to check your spam mail if you have not received it within this time). You can either follow the link provided in your email or enter the tracking number directly on the carrier’s website to get an updated status report of your shipment. If you are unable to find your tracking information, please contact Customer Experience (Monday - Friday, 9 am-5 pm CST). Tracking is available 24-hours after your order has shipped.
Please note that changing your order (quantity, color, address, etc.) may delay out your shipment by 24 business hours.
