After processing through a return on the Return Portal, you should receive a confirmation email with an RA number. An additional email will be sent with the prepaid shipping label to ship your piece back. If you have not received the RA confirmation or label, please check your spam mail as emails may filter there.

If returning more than one order, please complete a return for each order. Print all prepaid shipping labels and include the unused labels in the box with the returns. Not including all prepaid shipping labels may delay your return process.
