Once the piece is received back in the warehouse, we provide 2 to 3 business days for each step of completion. An email confirmation will be provided each step of the way so you know when the gear is received, to when the return was refunded or exchanged. Please provide up to 10 business days for refunds to reflect on the payment method. If approaching the 10th day and you have not received your refund, please contact the bank associated with the card. They may have processes in place that delay the time of the refund.
